Be On Stage

AUDITIONS

From actors with years of experience, to people who have never been on stage before, the level of talent we receive at Crown Point Community Theatre truly runs an impressive gamut. We pride ourselves on doing the best we can to let anyone see what this whole "acting thing" is all about.

But first things first: You have to audition! (Its not scary, we promise.)

None of us are Broadway veterans; we're just local Northwest Indiana people with a passion for the arts. We love sharing that passion with new faces. Our current audition information can be found right here, as well as on our home page. If you have any questions, feel to contact us at info@cpct.biz, or contact the director through the means listed on the audition page.

Be Back Stage

TECHNICAL and RUNNING CREW

Getting a show to opening night doesn't just take a cast of actors, it also takes the combined effort of a great backstage and technical crew. Never touched a spotlight in your life, you say? You've never worked with a sound board before? When someone says, "Help us build a set!", do you instantly visualize hitting yourself in the thumb with a hammer?

No worries.

We love teaching new people new skills all the time. If performance isn't your thing, but you've always thought it might be fun to help spotlight an actor, or build a set that looks like a castle, let us assure you - it is! We could always use an extra pair of hands. If this sounds like a fun outlet that might interest you, let us know at info@cpct.biz.

Become A Financial Backer

DONATIONS

Not everyone wants to be in the cast or crew, but that doesn't mean that they don't have a deep passion and appreciation of the arts. If you still would like to help out, we kindly ask for your support by becoming a patron. Patrons are the true backbone of our theater. They provide us with the financial resources to bring the best theater to audiences in Crown Point and beyond. If you'd like to become a patron, please contact us at info@cpct.biz.
